Hi, I'm Erin.

Your intuition belongs in the room with the numbers.

I spent nearly two decades in finance and business. Six years as a CFP, and almost eleven years as the CFO of my family’s multi million dollar construction company. I know finance. I’ve lived inside it, built inside it, and walked away from a version of it that didn’t serve my soul.

I do this work as an intuitive, holistic business advisor: someone who helps you see the whole picture without asking you to abandon yourself in the process. You don’t need another expert telling you what to do. You need to become someone who trusts herself.

The Philosophy

Let’s stop the habit of outsourcing our knowing. I handed my decisions to advisors, mentors, and family until I realized the most important investment I’d ever make was in myself. We are the asset. Everything else is secondary.

The right support should bring you closer to yourself, not further away.

My Story

Leaving the family business wasn’t a clean chapter break.

I didn’t leave in a day. It was years of thinking about it, then almost buying it, then finally being honest enough to ask myself: Why would I purchase it? The answer was for money. Not because of passion or purpose, or because it supported the life I actually wanted.

What I didn’t expect was how much fear lived in my body around money. Even when we had enough, I felt like we didn’t. It wasn’t a mindset problem I could think my way out of. It was something I had to work through in my body and nervous system over time.

As that fear began to quiet, I could hear myself more clearly. I stopped outsourcing my decisions and started trusting what I knew. Not overnight, but over years. I became more peaceful, more decisive, and more free.

That experience changed the way I think about business, money, and leadership, and it shapes how I work with women today.

Fun Facts About Me

Travel Enthusiast

I love to travel; with my family, solo, with friends. Each experience has its place, and all of it has shaped who I am and how I think.

Casual by Choice

I spent years dressing for who I thought I was supposed to be. Now I dress to impress myself. Most days, that means workout clothes, a bathing suit, or loungewear.

Outdoor Obsessed

Surfing, e-foiling, kayaking, rafting, SUP, road biking, swimming, snowboarding, skiing. Nature fuels me. The one exception: camping. I love a good bed at the end of the day.
